Unique Welding Products Private Limited is one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of MIG / CO2 Welding Wire (GMAW), Submerged Arc Welding Wire (SAW), TIG Welding Wire and Submerged Arc Welding Flux from India. With its operations started in 1987, the company has managed to gain a premier position in the top vendor list of leading automobile manufacturers/ ancillaries, engineering industry, Pipe Industry and various railway Organizations.

The company is situated in an industrial town, Vitthal Udyognagar, strategically located between two major cities Ahmedabad & Vadodara in Gujarat State. It is well connected by Road, Railways, and Airports. The nearest port Pipavav is about 300 km.

Infrastructure Facilities

The company is built up on an area of 10,000 sq m and is capable of producing 12000 MT of Welding wire per annum. Its manufacturing unit is well equipped with in-house Physical and Chemical Laboratories. All incoming raw material is tested 100% before being released for production.

Unique Welding Products Private Limited is managed by Technically Qualified team who has over 48 years of experience in manufacturing of Welding Wires and is assisted by Qualified Professionals in Production and Quality Assurance departments.

QUALITY

Stringent Quality control measures are adopted to ensure that the Welding Wires are perfectly manufactured as per International Standards. ISO 9001 Quality management system has been implemented as a result of which, all the products are of World Class Competence. GMAW Wires produced have CE mark certification. Continuous efforts in the field of research and development are carried out so as to introduce new welding products and offer better services to all our customers.

Special Jumbo Spools and drums have been developed for specific applications / SPM”s. The Steel Bobbins are supplied as per Customer Specification and Schedules. Regular Feed Backs are recorded and necessary Corrective action is taken in case of any complaints / suggestions received. Emphasis on Product & Quality up gradation has been a constant endeavor.

Wires are uniformly and carefully Copper Coated. The Coating thickness is maintained at optimum level so that fumes have minimum Copper. This is to protect Welders health and environment.
